Amber folks are great in all areas…from communication to operation. Dylan and Austin showed up on time and worked very efficiently to replace my 27 yr old well pump. Whereas I couldn’t even get call backs from other companies, Amber Water Pros are exactly that….professionals

The company's Project Manager assessed our well pump air pocket problems and, in contrast to other well companies that recommended drilling for a new well altogether, he recommended addition of a flow valve to the intake pipe from the point well. After a couple of scheduling cancelations for the service call, two service technicians and a service manager arrived for the service call. The service repairs were done efficiently and effectively and all my questions were fully addressed. Most importantly, the air pocket problem was corrected immediately. Three weeks have passed and we have had no air pocket issues. We are very pleased with this outcome and will use Amber Water Pros for future well maintenance and issues.

We had the 30 year upgrade to our water system and could not be happier with the entire staff team we have worked with at any point. When Amy came out to meet with us about a water softener she was very thorough and took the time to look over all points of our water system and did testing right here with us. She found our pressure tank was on the verge of having an issue as we had not looked at it for some time. We ended up putting in a new fiberglass pressure tank, water softner, and reverse osmosis system. The installers were great and did a very neat job putting everything in for us and cleaned up behind themselves when done. They have mastered the customer service side of business. We highly recommend them for your next water needs.

For the most part, we have had a great experience with Amber. A few little scheduling issues and time lost on the project…but all in all, it’s going well. Hoping to get our system up and running soon!
