Both Dylan and Austin were great to work with. I recently had two calls for two separate issues and both times they arrived within hours and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. We haven't had a problem with our well since.

I had a great experience with Amber Water Pros. I called in the morning after suddenly losing water to my house, and they were able to come out that same afternoon. Austin and Dylan quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed pressure tank, confirmed that my pump was still working properly, got the replacement tank, and had everything installed and my water running again in about an hour. They were both friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what had happened and how my system worked. Having your water suddenly stop working is stressful, but they made the whole process incredibly easy. Fast response, excellent service, and great communication. I would absolutely call Amber Water Pros again and highly recommend them.

I called Amber after discovering I had no water. They were able to get here the same day. I met with Austin and his partner they were great to communicate with and answered any questions that I had. The company's Project Manager assessed our well pump air pocket problems and, in contrast to other well companies that recommended drilling for a new well altogether, he recommended addition of a flow valve to the intake pipe from the point well. After a couple of scheduling cancelations for the service call, two service technicians and a service manager arrived for the service call. The service repairs were done efficiently and effectively and all my questions were fully addressed. Most importantly, the air pocket problem was corrected immediately. Three weeks have passed and we have had no air pocket issues. We are very pleased with this outcome and will use Amber Water Pros for future well maintenance and issues.
