It is my pleasure to write a very positive review of Amber Water Pros who recently completed a 600 ft new well drilling on our property in addition to digging and connecting said well to our home which is over 300 ft uphill from the where the well was drilled after our original well had run dry. After an initial run-around of unrealistic options and unanswered texts with project manager JR, Austin and Dylan thankfully arrived on the project providing the knowledge and expertise I craved having been without water for over 3 weeks. As an executive trainer nationally for a large corporation, Austin specifically did something that we drill (see what I did there?) into executives involved in high cost sales interactions everyday: He simply asked me, the customer, what I wanted/needed and then executed on that ask with urgency. Where I was previously being strung along with false promises and scenarios to try and save me money, Austin took that step and gained my trust immediately because at that point, all I wanted was to drill and get water to my house ASAP. With a phone call placed by Austin, that drilling began the very next day! Thanks Austin for being an ‘executor’ and taking the bull by the horns simply by pausing, asking a few questions, and listening to what the customer needs. Guy, who led our well- drilling was phenomenal and extremely good at what he does, always keeping us informed on where we were during the process and sharing his expertise in what was a foreign process for myself and our family. Dig, and connection from the well to the house was handled again in short order by Austin and Dylan once drilling was completed restoring water to the house in a matter of days. This was NO small project, but you pay when you want things done right and when the stakes are high, and I cannot recommend Amber Water Pros highly enough if you ever find yourself in similar unfortunate circumstances. I have a camp on an island and need to shut down the water filtration system for the winter. Very efficient! It was done in less than half an hour. Great service.

It turns out your tech determined we didn't have a tank problem, instead it was a filter problem. He got it all fixed, didn't replace a unit that was still in good working conditions and we were all good. Thank you!

Both Dylan and Austin were great to work with. I recently had two calls for two separate issues and both times they arrived within hours and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. We haven't had a problem with our well since.

I had a great experience with Amber Water Pros. I called in the morning after suddenly losing water to my house, and they were able to come out that same afternoon. Austin and Dylan quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed pressure tank, confirmed that my pump was still working properly, got the replacement tank, and had everything installed and my water running again in about an hour. They were both friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what had happened and how my system worked. Having your water suddenly stop working is stressful, but they made the whole process incredibly easy. Fast response, excellent service, and great communication. I would absolutely call Amber Water Pros again and highly recommend them.

I called Amber after discovering I had no water. They were able to get here the same day. I met with Austin and his partner they were great to communicate with and answered any questions that I had. After assessing that I needed a new well pump they were quickly able to replace it with a new one. Very professional. Thank you very much guys greatly appreciated.

Our well pump failed overnight and Amber had technicians over within a few hours of calling them in the morning. The technicians were friendly and fast , replacing the well pump quickly. Water was back on before we knew it.

The company's Project Manager assessed our well pump air pocket problems and, in contrast to other well companies that recommended drilling for a new well altogether, he recommended addition of a flow valve to the intake pipe from the point well. After a couple of scheduling cancelations for the service call, two service technicians and a service manager arrived for the service call. The service repairs were done efficiently and effectively and all my questions were fully addressed. Most importantly, the air pocket problem was corrected immediately. Three weeks have passed and we have had no air pocket issues. We are very pleased with this outcome and will use Amber Water Pros for future well maintenance and issues.
