Frost-Protected Foundations

It’s no wonder this company has such poor reviews. We had an appointment for them to look at doing some repair work for between 10am and 2pm. We actually paid a $50 deposit just to book the appointment. At 230, after driving an hour and a half to meet them at the property, they informed us that they will not be coming out today. Rather than notifying us the night before or even the morning of, they canceled half an hour after the later end of the appointment. We’ve found another company to do the work and suggest anyone reading this does the same. We try to keep our business local and it’s unfortunate when companies like this fail to hold up their end of the deal. It harms not only their reputation but the reputation of the business community in general. They’re extremely disappointing on multiple levels. Also, a call to the manager and a message left in an attempt to resolve this has gone unanswered and unreturned. I did end up speaking to another manager after I called back, but in the end, there is nothing else to be said. This company made a commitment and failed to uphold their end of the bargain. They’re a disgrace to the business community.

Austin and Dylan were incredible! They professionally and patiently worked through multiple challenging problems to solve our water issues. When they were finished, the work areas were immaculately cleaned. For a scary situation, this turned out to be a very pleasant experience!

All of the technicians are extremely knowledgeable and meticulous with their work. Chloe, our tech, arrived early and was very thorough, explained our water testing and well disinfection process and answered all of our questions.

Showed up a little late due to trying to resolve problem at previous customer, understandable. Came and did all my yearly maintenance quickly and efficiently. Left area clean after they finished.

Chloe called and asked if she could show up early, which was great! When she arrived, she got right to work. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. I feel like she gave us a good start on our project.
