We had the 30 year upgrade to our water system and could not be happier with the entire staff team we have worked with at any point. When Amy came out to meet with us about a water softener she was very thorough and took the time to look over all points of our water system and did testing right here with us. She found our pressure tank was on the verge of having an issue as we had not looked at it for some time. We ended up putting in a new fiberglass pressure tank, water softner, and reverse osmosis system. The installers were great and did a very neat job putting everything in for us and cleaned up behind themselves when done. They have mastered the customer service side of business. We highly recommend them for your next water needs.

For the most part, we have had a great experience with Amber. A few little scheduling issues and time lost on the project…but all in all, it’s going well. Hoping to get our system up and running soon!

Austin and Dylan, pump installation and troubleshooting team are excellent. Our dug well failed. After going in and finding the line hopelessly full of crud they decided to bypass the old system and connect us directly to the drilled well Amber Water Pros installed last fall. Good decision. After a while, however, it failed. They were on the scene at 8:30 AM the next morning, Working quickly to troubleshoot and restore water pressure and excellent quality. Great crew, great service !

Two workers were here by 9am. Started to get going shortly afterwards. Completed job in just a few hours later (Three and a half hours to be exact). Clean up afterwards took away old stuff. Explained what to do with the system when it would run, how often it would back flush. Which containers are what. Was very please with the installation. Very professional installers. One last thing Amy our Water Specialist was great, she took her time answer all of our question made sure we covered all of our water needs. Great person to work with. Will recommend Amber Water Pros to family and friends.
