WHAT TYPE OF WORK DO YOU PROVIDE?

As a Receptionist / Administrative Support, at Amber Water Pros, you’ll enjoy a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, providing you with a healthy work-life balance.

Your daily responsibilities: ensure delivery of exceptional service through efficient and accurate handling of telephone calls via a multiple line phone system. This position will be responsible for gathering information to transfer calls/messages to the appropriate department, answering customer questions, addressing customer concerns, and handling administrative functions associated with these tasks. We are seeking a self-motivated leader, someone who loves a challenge, and can adapt to an ever-changing working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Receptionist/Customer service experience – 2+ years
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, exciting work environment
